PRIVATE EVALUATION

Participation terms

These terms describe the present product and safety boundary for invited Avyora.Care evaluators. They are not a public-launch offer.

Eligibility and access

Participation is invitation-only for adults in the approved India-first cohort. Keep access to your email and sign-in session secure, and do not use another person's account.

General wellness only

Avyora.Care provides experimental general-wellness guidance. It is not medical care and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medication changes, emergencies, or decisions that require a qualified professional.

Evaluation behavior

Provide only information you are authorized and comfortable to share. Do not submit another person's private information, credentials, unlawful material, or attempts to access protected systems or data.

AI limitations

AI output can be incomplete, wrong, or unsuitable. Review guidance critically and seek qualified help when appropriate. Avyora may refuse requests, use a reduced-function fallback, roll back a release, or stop the evaluation for safety, security, privacy, reliability, or legal reasons.

Your controls

You may revoke purpose-specific consent, download active domain data, remove approved memories, and request deletion of active Avyora-domain data through the product. Conversation content is retained for up to 30 days unless deleted earlier.

Changes and questions

Material changes require a new dated notice and, where the purpose changes, renewed consent. Applicable-law, liability, and dispute wording will be finalized in the India-counsel-approved version before external enrollment. Questions can be sent to amits@clarova.in.

This private-evaluation notice is ready for named Privacy/Security and India legal review. External pilot enrollment remains blocked until that approval is recorded.
